Highlight Quote
“I try really hard to holistically look at each patient. And so, if you go into a new place, and new concepts are introduced to you right off the bat, dealing with problems that you don’t even have, that can be a pause for caution. What I mean by that is that testosterone replacement shouldn’t come up in every conversation with every patient. It’s a natural flow.”

Local Health – Episode #3
It’s time for the last installment of the Local Health podcast interview with nurse
practitioner Sean Dittman! If you’ve missed either of the first two episodes, you can
catch up with them on the Local Business website. This episode focuses on
testosterone supplements: what they are, what they could do for your health, and
whether they’re right for you.
Sean gives Kevin and Jason the lowdown on what testosterone is and the role that it
plays in your wellbeing. The guys cover taking testosterone supplements and the risks
and rewards of artificially increasing your testosterone levels. And it’s not just all for
guys! Later in the episode, Sean talks about why low testosterone levels can be bad
news for women’s health too.
At the end of the episode, Sean lays out the struggles of finding a reliable source of
support and information about your health. Listen out for his tips on how to spot if you
really need the supplements that your doctor or nurse is recommending that you take
and his advice on increasing your testosterone levels naturally.
